OTHER OPTIONAL ITEMS:
- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): $15/night. Reduces renter’s exposure to the amount of the deductible (from $5000 to $1500) should the damage to the motor home require that the deductible be paid to complete the necessary repairs. Damage caused by striking overhead objects and/or undercarriage, as well as damage to tires, wheels, hubcaps, awnings, and windshields are considered misuse, carelessness, or negligence and are not covered by CDW. CDW does not cover renter’s personal property. In some causes a renter’s personal insurance may be able to offer a binder
- Wheel/Tire/Simulator Package: $15/night/Max $150. This package provides you with protection against costly repairs due to impact damage, losing a wheel simulator due to driving over extremely rough roads, or any damage caused by the driver. If you choose to opt out of this option, all costs associated with any repairs will be the customer’s responsibility.
- INSURANCE and $1000 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT are not included on quotes.
- Insurance: Required on all rentals. Insurance costs $55-$94/day, with most RVs in the fleet at $55/day. You have a CHOICE to provide coverage through your personal carrier by providing a “Binder” acceptable to Suncoast and its insurance carrier.
- Security Deposit: Security deposit of $1,000 will be preauthorized on your selected card to protect against damage closing fees.
ADDITIONAL FEES THAT MAY BE INCURRED:
- Sewage Disposal Fee: $100.00 fee may apply if waste tanks are not emptied prior to drop off.
- Fuel: RV fuel tanks are full upon departure and are expected to be returned full. If not, there is a fee of $7 per gallon plus a $25 tech fee.
- Propane: RV propane tanks are full upon departure and are expected to be returned full. If not, there is a fee of $7 per gallon plus a $25 tech fee.
- Damage: Renter is responsible for any damage incurred
